Star Wars Celebration 2019’s Panel confirms that the game will be launched for PC, PS4 and XBOX one simultaneously. The news came along with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order‘s trailer which gives a proper introduction to Cal Kestis a former padawan hiding his power.
Previously, EA had already announced that this game would release sometime around Holiday 2019. Earlier it was officially announced at E3 in 2018. It was in the minds at Respawn Entertainment since 2014 when the game’s director Stig Asmussen joined the studio.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is designed in a way to deliver intense star wars lightsabre battles which are shown in the films. Players will be able to choose Jedi training to create combinations with a lightsabre combat system and force abilities. Players can also use traversal and other abilities to defeat opponents and solving puzzles in their path across the galaxy.
As per the reports, Game’s director Stig Asmussen said, “Many Star Wars fans, ourselves included, are really interested in the dark times, so we wanted to explore that mysterious, dangerous period.”
According to Franchise Content & Strategy at Lucasfilm Story Group’s director, Steve Blank, they liked the idea of this game as soon as Respawn approached them. He said that a single player with story centered title is all they want.
