Taylor Swift Celebrates “Lover” Release With NYC Pop-Up Shop

Taylor Swift has opened a pop-up shot in New York City to celebrate the release of her new album, ‘Lover’, with her fans. Taylor Swift opened a pop-up shop in New York City from 23rd-25th August.

The temporary store, which is called “The Love Experience” and has been visited by hundreds of fans, opened on August 23rd and is set to close today, August 25th.

“Lover” is Taylor Swift’s seventh studio work and was released on the same day the NYC shop was opened, on August 23rd. The album contains 18 tracks some of which are collaborations with several other artists.

Excited fans have had the chance to meet Taylor at the store and get their hands on the brand new merchandise line designed by Stella McCartney to fit the ‘Lover-theme’.

The Taylor Swift x Stella collaboration was announced on Instagram last June. The 29-year-old singer and songwriter wrote: “I respect what she creates, how she creates it. There are so much whimsy and imagination and romance to the clothing that she designs, and I’ve worn a lot of her stuff recently.

“She’s heard the new album, and this new collaboration is inspired by the ‘Lover’ album. I’m so excited about that, and really excited that she would want to collaborate in this way.”

A lookbook was released a few days prior to the pop-up shop opening, in order to let the fans know what to expect from the collaboration. Lyrics from new songs such as “To My Lover”, “Like A Tennessee”, “There’s a Dazzling Haze” can be found on some of the t-shirts as well as the complete album tracklist.

All of those who could not visit the NYC pop-up shop can head over to Taylor Swift’s website to buy themselves the new merch.
